Techavo’s MINI ETHERNET IO Card can extend additional IOs with its digital, analog, and relay capabilities. This IO extension card gathers data from various industrial equipment, sensors, and Modbus slaves. Users can get this data via the cloud server or the centralized server. The gateway supports multiple protocols, including TCP, HTTP, and MQTT in SSL mode.

    • Configurable upto 30 MODBUS Slaves with all possible data formats, byte order, scale factor, baud rate, data bit, parity.
    • Multi Communication Protocol support (MODBUS RTU Master, MODBUS RTU Transparent, MODBUS RTU Salve, MODBUS RTU over TCP).
    • The Data Packet is in configurable JSON/CSV format.
    • Several interlocking logics based on AI, DI, DO are available that can replace PLC.
    • Up to eight sockets are available and can be individually configured.
    • Offline data storage up to 64MB.
    • OTA device configuration.
    • It integrates with all analog (0-10V, 4-20MA) and Digital (dry, wet, pulse) Input Sensors.
